Founded in 1970, Waldrop has offices in Spartanburg and Greenville. Waldrop has two main operating divisions: Waldrop Mechanical Services focuses on the commercial, institutional, industrial and healthcare sectors, while Waldrop Heating & Air Conditioning focuses on the residential market. Waldrop is an active member of ABC of the Carolinas’ Upstate Council, which is comprised of nearly 200 local and regional member companies in Greater Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson for which construction is their primary business or a major market focus.
