Sweetgrass Pharmacy & Compounding is a locally owned and operated compounding pharmacy. They are located at the Shoppes at Seaside Farms in Mt. Pleasant and offer customized prescriptions for the entire family.
They also offer compounding and specialty animal medication for pets.
In the spring of 2021, Sweetgrass Pharmacy will be opening its second location. It will be the region’s only retail sterile compounding facility, elevating the company’s ability to serve the needs of the fast-growing Lowcountry region. At 6,840 square feet, the newest full-service location in Carolina Park will feature a sterile lab certified to formulate injectable and ophthalmology prescriptions. The pharmacy will be USP 795, 797, and 800 compliant – the only one in the region with such a designation. This new location will retain traditional pharmacy services – dispensing all manufactured medications, providing immunizations, medication packaging, and include a non-sterile compounding lab. It will also add two drive-through windows. The pharmacy will continue to operate its original location in the Seaside Farms complex.
Feldman holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from MUSC, as well as an MBA from The Citadel. She is an active member of the South Carolina Pharmacist Association, and other organizations.
