Eddie Wales has been involved with the Motor Supply Company Bistro in some way since it was opened in 1989 , from server to manager to owner, which he’s been for the past 16 years. Last year, the restaurant celebrated its 25th anniversary. At the end of September, the Motor Supply will take its show on the road and be a part of the Euphoria Greenville food festival.
