Jackie Cavalin and Steve Acuff, Owners, Up On Cedar Knoll Farm

Up On Cedar Knoll Farm is perched on almost 30 acres amongst the hills, hardwoods and cedar trees in Blythewood, SC.  It started simply in the summer of 2012 with a simple garden and four chickens as pets. When neighbors started asking for fresh eggs to go with their homegrown veggies, the idea for a business started to hatch.

In the the summer of 2015, Steve and Jackie began fencing and pastures to add turkey and chickens for their own table and their first harvests of poultry began in 2016.
