Entrepreneur Minute – Jesse Blom, The Green Heart Project and Sean Fleming, Revelry Brewing Company
In October, Revelry Brewing Company celebrated its 10 year anniversary with a Block Party at its Conroy Street location. Revelry also toasted a decade of impacting the local community through its partnership with farm to school non-profit, The Green Heart Project. Since 2014, the partnership has generated more than $210,000 benefiting the organization’s garden-based experiential learning projects and school garden program.
The Green Heart Project builds garden-based experiential learning projects and school garden programs to educate students connect people and cultivate community through growing, eating, and celebrating food.
Revelry began as a homebrewing venture and has now expanded to two locations: the recently opened Revelry Brewing Folly Beach and the original 4,000-square-foot brewery in downtown Charleston. Their lineup of craft beers has earned dozens of awards from competitions like the U.S. Open Beer Championship, LA International Beer Competition, and Best of Craft Beer Awards.
