Joe Cash, Chef, Owner, Scoundrel

Joe Cash grew up in Greenville, made a big splash working for Thomas Keller at the restaurant Per Se in New York, and topped that with a stint at world’s-best-restaurant noma in Copenhagen. He returned to New York where he became Executive Chef at The Pool in The Seagram Building.

The new restaurant, Scoundrel, is located at 18 N. Main St. In his own words, it is a “French bistro with a modern flair and a lot of energy.”

The restaurant opened the weekend of October 21, 2022.
