Lilly Greenhalgh, Hannah Buckner, Co-founders, Level Fitness Studio

Owners Hannah Buckner and Lilly Greenhalgh have both had a long history of working in the fitness industry. While working together, they bonded over a love of yoga, then pilates and Lagree.

Lilly has previously had to have back surgery and loves using fitness for healing and teaching others that it can be low impact and injury-improving. Hannah has had two babies and utilizes fitness for core rehab and pelvic floor health.

After realizing they could curate a studio that encompasses all of their preferred methods – yoga, pilates and lagree – Level was created. Their constant goal is creating a studio environment that is inclusive and uplifting while constantly perfecting the experience for their clients. They have established a strong and constantly growing team after seeking out instructors for their incredible knowledge, motivating attitudes and positive vibes.

Hannah started on the mic with cycling at Jamie Scott Fitness. In 2020, she began working at another local studio teaching Pilates and Lagree. Hannah is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 hour, a certified Lagree Level 2 instructor, and a mom of two. Previous to her introduction to the fitness instructor world, Hannah was a school teacher for 11 years – directing plays, coaching cheerleading, and writing detention slips.

A third generation yoga instructor, Lilly has grown up with group fitness her entire life. She dove into teaching full time post back surgery, being inspired to help others with injury prevention. Lilly is a RYT 200 hour, a certified Lagree level 2 instructor, and has completed additional trainings in barre methods and classical Pilates.
