Mike Kiriakides formed KDS in 2001 and has continued to build a reputation in the Upstate for local industry expertise and trusted guidance. KDS is a small, boutique, commercial real estate firm that only sells and develops properties in the Greenville area. They compete with the large national firms and pride themselves on knowing the Greenville market.

They are the local partner for the new $1B Greenville County Square redevelopment project.
