Patrick Dunbar, Dunbar Builders, Inc.

Dunbar Builders, Inc. is an award-winning custom home building company serving the Greater Columbia, SC area since 1994. The company was founded by Pat Dunbar, after he served in the Air Force and worked for several years in banking and finance.

Patrick Dunbar joined Dunbar Builders in 1999 after graduating from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC with a B.S. in Business. Patrick is actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, and has served on the association’s board of directors. He is a member of the Green Building Council of Greater Columbia and is working toward his designation as a Certified Master Builder in South Carolina.

Patrick is married and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys the outdoors and is active in his church.
