Stephanie Rainey, Founder, Stephanie Rainey, LLC

Stephanie A. Rainey, Esquire graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1994 and earned her Juris Doctor from American University in 2000. After law school, she spent two years as a staff attorney with Piedmont Legal Services (now South Carolina Legal Services), representing low-income clients. In 2002, she clerked for Chief Justice Donald W. Beatty of the South Carolina Supreme Court. Stephanie now manages her own firm, Stephanie A. Rainey, LLC, and is licensed to practice in South Carolina’s state and federal courts, as well as the Fourth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. She holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.

Her firm specializes in federal government contracts, procurement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting. Stephanie handles bid protests, contract disputes, Requests for Equitable Adjustment, subcontractor disputes, compliance counseling, and contract terminations. She also represents clients before Boards of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Federal Circuit.
