Enviro Sculpture Unveiling and Arbor Day Tree Planting Set for December 6
December 4, 2024Laurens County residents are invited to a meaningful community celebration this week! The Enviro Sculpture Unveiling and Arbor Day Tree Planting event will take place on Wednesday, December 6, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Loop Trail, 291 Professional Park Road (next to the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce office).
The event will feature the unveiling of a stunning new Enviro Sculpture, designed to showcase the role of art in beautifying public spaces and preventing litter. Attendees will also have the chance to participate in a special Arbor Day tree planting, a collaborative effort with Laurens County Parks and Recreation, aimed at enhancing green spaces and promoting environmental stewardship.
Courtney Stonell, Keep Laurens County Beautiful Affiliate Coordinator, expressed her enthusiasm for the event, stating, “I am thrilled to be part of the litter prevention and beautification efforts throughout our County.
