EO Charleston hosts local viewing of Saving Spiracle: A Documentary About Entrepreneurs Surviving Covid
January 11, 2022EO Charleston, the Lowcountry’s local chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), will host an exclusive, free showing of “Saving Spiracle: A Documentary About Entrepreneurs Surviving Covid.” The documentary will be showcased at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center at the Citadel Mall (2070 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Charleston, SC) on Thursday, Jan. 20, at 4 p.m.
“This film is a must-see for every business owner and leader,” said Brannon Poe, president of EO Charleston and founder of Poe Group Advisors. “While many have heard of the struggles of frontline and healthcare workers throughout the pandemic, the personal journeys of business owners who have overcome obstacles to keep the economy afloat have impacted our economy in ways that we still can’t comprehend.”
The documentary highlights the lesser told stories of entrepreneurs in America and their struggle and triumph through keeping their businesses afloat throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The film follows three small business owners from Charlotte, NC, in their professional and personal lives as they navigate leadership amid the pandemic.
The documentary viewing is free and open to the public and will be followed by a complimentary social hour. The showing on January 20 will be the only of its kind in the Charleston area. Individuals can RSVP and find more information by visiting eocharleston.org.
