Hewett appointed new Operations Coordinator at ERG in Columbia, South Carolina
Nikki Hewett has joined ERG Payroll & HR as the Operations Coordinator. Hewett will be responsible for operational excellence and process improvement. She will allow the ERG team to continue the delivery of world class service that has helped them to become the fastest growing payroll company in Columbia.

Hewett graduated from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC for undergrad and then went to the University of South Carolina to receive her Masters in Social Work and Human Resources. After years in social work advocating the rights of people with disabilities, she began her career in HR. She spent 15 years providing human resource services in the engineering and construction industry. Her passion continues to be in HR but also empowering awakening empaths to live a one-of-a kind engaged life through life coaching.
As a child of military parents, she has lived in many different places, including West Germany before being stationed in Charleston, SC. She now calls the Midlands home.
When asked what she is looking forward to the most working at ERG Payroll & HR, she said “Being able to support our clients and partners so they can keep growing their company by applying my HR experience in a multitude of ways.”
