“Friday Night Laser Lights” returns this week with special shows, featuring the music of Pink Floyd, The Eagles and Jimi Hendrix.
Guests are invited to see their favorite songs set to a dazzling display of lasers inside the museum’s 55-foot digital dome planetarium. This after-hours event on June 16 celebrates the 50th anniversary of “The Dark Side of the Moon” with special performance(s) of the entire album.
Friday, June 16 Show Schedule:
6:30 p.m. – Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
7:40 p.m. – The Eagles
8:50 p.m. – Jimi Hendrix
10:00 p.m. – Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
In addition to the laser light shows, guests will be able to buy food from local food truck, Cheese and Thank You, and purchase craft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Tickets are $10 per show for the general public and $8 per show for museum members. Advance purchase is strongly recommended as shows have a limited capacity and can sell out.
