The annual Habersham Harvest Festival returns Oct. 9-11 for its 16th year, bringing three days of family fun, live music, local food, artisan vendors and carnival rides to Market Street.

The Lowcountry street festival features a vintage fair theme set against Habersham’s historic Southern architecture. Activities include artisan shopping, local food and drinks, live music, carnival games, bumper cars and rides, including a 47-foot Ferris wheel.

Children and families can also enjoy face painting, seasonal treats, hayrides and contests. Thrill seekers can take on rides including the Himalaya, Tornado and Spider.

The festival opens Friday, Oct. 9, at 4 p.m. and continues Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10-11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is free. Food, drinks, arts and crafts, amusement rides and select activities are available for purchase.
