Lego Free Build: Exciting January Events for Kids and Teens at Laurens County Libraries!
January 27 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The Laurens County Libraries have a lineup of exciting activities for kids and teens this January! From creative building challenges to tasty treats and cozy outdoor fun, these free events are perfect for making memories with friends.
First up, little engineers and architects aged 6-10 are invited to the Lego Free Build on Saturday, January 27th, at 4 p.m. This hour-long free-play session at the Laurens Library encourages kids to bring their imaginations to life with Legos. It’s a fantastic opportunity to design, create, and have fun.
Teens aged 11-17 can join in on the fun with two engaging events. On Sunday, January 28th, the Clinton Library is hosting a Trail Mix Mash-Up at 4 p.m. Teens can mix and match ingredients to create their own unique trail mix, give it a creative name, and taste-test blends from other participants. It’s a delicious way to explore healthy snacking.
Finally, round out the month on Tuesday, January 30th, with a cozy outdoor gathering at the Laurens Library. Teens are invited to enjoy S’mores Around the Campfire on the front lawn at 4 p.m. Participants can toast marshmallows, enjoy the classic treat, and relax with friends. Don’t forget to bring a blanket for added comfort!
All events are free and open to the public. For more information, contact your local library branch:
