Opossums and Popsicles at Conestee

June 27 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

About the event
Did you know that opossums are the only marsupial in North America and that they are excellent at keeping tick and cockroach populations in check? They truly are a delight! Come and learn all about these often misunderstood animals from Naomi Searle, an opossum rehabilitator, and our own Preserve staff. You will get to meet Naomi’s pet Opossum in real life as well! Popsicles will be provided for everyone!

WHO

All ages are welcome!

WHERE

601 Fork Shoals Rd. This is the Henderson Meadow Entrance. We will meet at the Shortleaf Shelter.
