The Richland County Recreation Commission (RCRC) announces its upcoming Blood Drive, scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at St. Andrews Park, 920 Beatty Road.

If you’re thinking about donating, now is a great opportunity to help save lives. Donors are encouraged to make an appointment at Redcrossblood.org. Blood donation is a safe process, and one donation can save up to 3 lives!

Appointments will last about 75 minutes and are available throughout the day. Donors are encouraged to drink water, eat iron-rich foods, bring photo ID and complete the RapidPass online before arrival.
