New to the Wooden Boat Show, the regatta will take place on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. under the tent at 723 Front St., serving as the closing event for the weekend. Designed for both veteran players and beginners, the event features social play alongside a competitive table decorating contest. Participants are encouraged to form teams and decorate their tables around mahjong or wooden boat themes for a chance to win prizes.

Admission includes access to a mimosa bar and a catered box lunch. Mahjong sets will be provided on-site, though attendees are invited to bring their own sets if preferred.
