ExceeD Real Estate School is accredited by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission as an educational provider for South Carolina real estate courses, and all of its instructors are state approved, knowledgeable and experienced. ExceeD currently offers the Unit I Pre-Licensing 60 hour course and the Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles 30 hour course, which of which are required to be taken in order to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate Salesman License. The school also offers Continuing Education for real estate agents.
