The Laurens County Public Library System has a lineup of engaging activities for all ages this March, offering a mix of creativity, education, and fun at both the Laurens and Clinton branches. Whether you enjoy crafting, learning, or friendly competition, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Clinton Library Events

  • Renaissance Pendant CraftMarch 4, 11 a.m.

    • Create a one-of-a-kind necklace using fabric, beads, and embroidery techniques inspired by Renaissance fair styles.
    • Open to ages 8 and up.
  • Avoiding Scams & Fraud with AARPMarch 5, 4 p.m.

    • Learn how to protect yourself from scams and fraud in this informative discussion led by an AARP representative.
  • Stack the Rainbow Challenge (STEM Activity)March 20

    • Explore the science behind sugar density while creating colorful liquid layers in this St. Patrick’s Day-inspired experiment.
    • Open to children ages 6-10.
  • Trivia NightMarch 22, 4 p.m.

    • Compete solo or with a team to test your knowledge on a variety of topics for a chance to win prizes.

  • Fleece Fiends (No-Sew Pillow Craft for Teens)March 6, 4 p.m.

  • Grab-n-Go Butterfly CraftMarch 20 (Available during open hours)
