Experienced corporate transactions lawyer Andy Coburn joins Womble Bond Dickinson in Greenville
February 6, 2018Andy Coburn has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s robust corporate and securities practice in Greenville.
Coburn has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, security offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, he guides both private and public companies in executive compensation, equity compensation and employee benefits plans. His global experience includes representing companies in cross-border deals in Europe and Asia.
In addition, he is a frequent author on business transactions issues.

In the community, Coburn serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Arts Council and the Piedmont Health Foundation. He is an Endowment Trustee and former Board Chair of the Greenville Little Theatre.
Coburn joins Womble Bond Dickinson as a Partner. He comes to the firm from Wyche, P.A., where he has practiced since 1997.
