Ezekiel Ministries announces staff openings to strengthen group mentoring programs
December 8, 2025As part of a renewed push to build healthy mentoring relationships and meet growing demand, Ezekiel Ministries is now hiring for several part-time positions across its after-school group mentoring programs. The organization invites committed, Christ-centered individuals to join the team making a difference in the lives of children and youth in the Midlands.
Positions Available
- Group Mentoring Counselors (Part-Time): Multiple openings at various sites (Lexington; White Knoll). Roles are part-time, Monday-Thursday openings vary by site, minimum 2 days per week preferred.
- Volunteer Opportunities: In addition to paid staff roles, Ezekiel Ministries seeks volunteers to be paired with a group of children for enrichment activities and facilitators for youth mentoring (NextGen).

Ezekiel Ministries has three after school group mentoring sites located in Columbia, Lexington, and White Knoll. These sites offer safe, welcoming spaces where kids can build relationships, discover their identity, grow in faith, and be empowered through life skills. Each site provides a safe, consistent, and Christ-centered environment where children are known, supported, and encouraged to grow. Together, these sites form the core of our program model, serving kids across the Midlands through meaningful relationships and mentoring.
