Ezekiel Ministries promotes Sally Brown to Program Director

Ezekiel Ministries announced the promotion of Sally Brown to Program Director, recognizing her outstanding leadership, innovation, and deep commitment to the ministry’s mission of helping children from hard places experience the love of Jesus through mentoring relationships.
Sally has been part of the Ezekiel Ministries team since 2019, leading with creativity and compassion as she developed and strengthened the organization’s community mentoring programs. Her work has been marked by a relentless focus on excellence and collaboration—engaging local churches, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that more children across the Midlands have access to safe, Christ-centered mentoring relationships.
Before stepping into this new role, Sally served as Community Mentoring Coordinator, where she expanded mentor recruitment and training, enhanced program evaluation methods, and supported staff in building systems that deepen mentor engagement and improve long-term outcomes for youth. Her background reflects a lifelong dedication to service, youth development, and gospel-centered leadership.

In her new role, Sally will oversee all mentoring programs across Ezekiel Ministries’ sites, ensuring the continued growth of both one-to-one and group mentoring efforts. She will also work closely with staff and community partners to strengthen training, evaluation, and expansion strategies that align with the organization’s long-term vision to double its impact by 2027.
