Family Promise Launches “Shelter and Lovie” Campaign

On March 15, Family Promise of Laurens County kicked off the “Shelter and Lovie” campaign to raise money for families who need emergency shelter. With an $80 donation, you will help house a family for one night and providing a Lovie (small stuffed animal) to a child.
Their goal is to obtain 500 donations. If you are interested in participating in this important cause, you can mail or drop off a check to the address above or scan the QR code and donate online.
Family Promise is a local non-profit organization. Their mission is to help families experiencing homelessness and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
