Fisher Phillips welcomes new attorney to Columbia office

Fisher Phillips announced the addition of attorney Benjamin Dudek to the Columbia office. He joined the firm on June 5.
Dudek practices management-side labor and employment law. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and was a senior editor for South Carolina Law Review. During law school, he clerked for the South Carolina House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee, the South Carolina Lieutenant Governor’s Office, and two Columbia law firms. Immediately following law school, Dudek was a law clerk for the Honorable H. Bruce Williams of the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 2015-2017.

Dudek received his bachelor’s degree in political science and history, summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2009. Before attending law school, he was a staffer on the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure in Washington, D.C.
