Five agents join Carolina One

Carolina One has attracted 4 quality veteran Realtors® and one quality individual with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment and Management. Rolfe Holbrook, Daniel McCabe, Nicole Rakoczy, Megan Maarouf and Kyle Nichols have joined metro Charleston’s market leader in 4 of the company’s 11 local offices.

Born in Miami, FL and a graduate of Florida State University, Rolfe Holbrook spent 20 years as a Commercial Banker in Miami and 20 years as a Realtor® in Columbia, SC. Holbrook begins his Charleston real estate career with Carolina One in the downtown Broad Street office. Holbrook who resides on Johns Island with his wife Marta also has a daughter, Annie Holbrook, a Realtor® with Carolina One’s Folly Road office.
Daniel McCabe and Nicole Rakoczy have formed the McCabe Rakoczy Group and elected to place their real estate licenses with the Mt. Pleasant Longpoint Road of Carolina One. Still fully licensed and active in Fairfield County, CT, McCabe and Rakoczy are experienced Property Managers and eager to focus all their time and energy to the Charleston market. McCabe is a native of Stamford, CT and a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of CT. Rakoczy is a graduate of Iona University with a BS degree in Health Care Administration.
Megan Maarouf was born in in Macon, GA and studied Information Technology at Central Georgia Technical College. A Realtor® since 2008, Maarouf is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). Maarouf previously practiced real estate in Warner Robbins, GA and on Folly Beach, SC. She will be working from Carolina One’s Main Street office in Summerville.
Kyle Nichols will be joining Sharyn and Danielle Nichols of the Nichols Team working out of Carolina One’s Coleman Blvd. office in Mt. Pleasant. Originally from Danbury, CT, Nichols is a graduate of the College of Charleston where he majored in Historic Preservation. Nichols also received his MS Degree in Real Estate Investment and Management from Edinburgh Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland and has spent the last 10 years in retail management with J.Crew, the iconic clothing chain in downtown Charleston.
