Five C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS agents receive CNE designation

Five real estate professionals from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS recently earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. The newly certified CNE agents include: Jordan Doss, Andrea Loar, and Jenny Weathers of the Garlington Road office, and Chet and Beth Smith of the Chet & Beth Smith Group, N. Pleasantburg office. Agents with the CNE designation are among the top agents nationwide in negotiation skills.

During the two-day training and certification course, these C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS agents gained new skills, enabling them to better represent buyers and sellers during the critical negotiation phase of a real estate transaction. During the CNE training, agents mastered techniques on effectively communicating to uncover more information, helping clients understand their options, working collaboratively with involved parties and resolving deadlocks.
