Five Realtors Choose Carolina One

Carolina One Real Estate Services announces that five new agents have come on board in five separate Carolina One sales offices. Jason Charles Adler, W. Andrew Thomas, Paige Hutto Avera, Rich Easton and Christie Fabie are among the newest Realtors® to affiliate with metro Charleston’s real estate market leader.
Jason Adler was formerly associated with the food and beverage industry in several capacities before placing his license with the Folly Road office of Carolina One Real Estate. A native of Savannah, GA, Adler has lived and worked in Charleston for the past 8 years.
Mt. Pleasant native Andrew Thomas is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a focus on History and Political Science. Thomas was previously affiliated with the publishing business in Charleston before joining Carolina One’s Downtown Broad Street office. In addition to his love of history and architecture, Thomas cares deeply about historic preservation.
A 12 year veteran of the real estate industry, Paige Avera has returned to the Isle of Palms office of Carolina One after a 4 year absence. Born in Hampton, SC, Avera graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Accounting. A perennial real estate top producer, Avera is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). The mother of three children, Avera has called Charleston home for the last 15 years.
Rich Easton was previously employed in sales and marketing for two leading Fortune 500 companies. The founder and President of Easton Consulting Group, LLC, Easton has had extensive real estate and corporate relocation experience in six different regions, cities and states across the US. A graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, Easton is a golf fitness and music enthusiast. Easton resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Karen and will be working from Carolina One’s Hwy 17 North office.
Christi Fabie majored in Psychology at Winthrop University before receiving her law degree from the West Virginia College of Law. Originally from Mt. Pleasant, Fabie moved back to the area last year and is pursuing a real estate career at the Coleman Blvd. office of Carolina One.
