Flex project sells in Greenville as investment

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of a 46,565 square foot flex project located on 3.5 acres of land located at 297 Garlington Road in Greenville, South Carolina.
Garlington Investors, LLC purchased the property from MAR Development, Inc. for $1,940,000 as an investment. Existing tenants include G-Five, Poe Corporation, Anthony Graphics, Culinary Connection and SD Racing with a 3,620 square foot space available for lease.
Charlie Whitmire of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and will handle leasing.
