Flock and Rally announces the hiring of three new communications strategists

Flock and Rally, a full-service communications and marketing agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, announces the hiring of three new communication strategists, Judy Shriner, Larkin Belton and Emily Correll, to its growing team.

Judy Shriner, Communications Strategist

Judy Shriner is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for customer relationship management and campaign development. Shriner serves as a project manager, develops social media content, and manages the production and coordination of creative assets for advertising campaigns on various local and national accounts.

Shriner supports Flock and Rally’s work with clients, including the Colorectal Cancer Prevention Network, The COMET regional transit agency, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of South Carolina, Medicare Rights Center, Motor Supply Co. Bistro, NAI Columbia, NTT DATA, Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, and Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community.

Shriner has been in the integrated communications field since 2006 — most recently at Blanchard Machinery, South Carolina’s exclusive Cat dealer for new, used and rental equipment. In her previous role as a marketing specialist, Shriner pioneered data analytics for lead management and administered nationally recognized marketing campaigns. Shriner is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in advertising.

Larkin Belton, Communications Strategist

Larkin Belton is a communications professional with a well-rounded skill set in various forms of media. Belton helps clients deliver key messages to their audiences through public relations, social media and other forms of communication.

Belton supports Flock and Rally’s work with clients including Able South Carolina, Central Carolina Community Foundation, SC Thrive, the South Carolina Institute of Medicine and Public Health, and The COMET.

In his most recent role, Belton served as the communications coordinator at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, where he worked with companies, local jurisdictions and the Governor’s Office to promote economic development statewide. Belton is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Emily Correll, Communications Strategist

Emily Correll is an integrated communications and marketing professional who specializes in content creation and storytelling. Correll creates and promotes client content through social media, public relations and other integrated marketing channels.

Correll strives to find a captivating story in all of her projects. Through content creation, she easily captures the personality of a brand, which better helps clients relate to their target audiences. Emily is always on top of the ever-evolving world of social media and marketing and diligently keeps up with local and national news and developments.

Correll supports Flock and Rally’s work with clients, including Cantina 76, the BullStreet District, Experience Columbia SC, Architrave and The COMET.

Prior to joining Flock and Rally, Correll was a multimedia journalist at WLTX. Correll is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
