Flock and Rally promotes three staff members and expands team with new hire
April 1, 2025Flock and Rally, a women-owned and led integrated marketing and communications agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, is proud to announce the promotion of Mary Kate Korpita to vice president of client engagement, Cait Maloney to creative director, and Rebecca Rebl to senior graphic artist. Additionally, the agency welcomes Mallory Tingen as sales and marketing associate.

Mary Kate Korpita (pictured), who joined Flock and Rally in 2019, has been promoted to vice president of client engagement, overseeing the client experience and serving as a key strategist to create and maintain high-impact work while driving agency growth through innovative marketing and business strategies. A member of the leadership team, she brings more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing. Korpita has led campaigns for clients, including Able South Carolina, OneSpartanburg, Inc. and the S.C. Institute of Medicine and Public Health. Korpita is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and serves as the vice board chair for the ColaJazz Foundation and the treasurer of the Elmwood Park Neighborhood Association.
Rebecca Rebl, who joined Flock and Rally as a graphic artist in 2022, has been promoted to senior graphic artist. Serving as a key member of the creative team, Rebl crafts unique brands and campaigns, print publications, and other collateral with thoughtful design decisions and a keen eye for detail. She has supported clients, such as Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, Able South Carolina and York Technical College.
Mallory Tingen, who joined Flock and Rally as an advertising intern in 2024, has joined the team as a sales and marketing associate. In this role, Tingen supports business development efforts by drafting proposals and contracts, coordinating communications, and ensuring every detail is in place to meet the needs of potential clients. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a specialized study in business administration.
