Four New Hires for The Beach Company’s Residential Division

CHARLESTON, SC – March 30, 2010 – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the addition of four new real estate agents to Beach Residential, the Residential Brokerage division of The Beach Company.
Nancy O’Neil is a graduate of James Madison University and specializes in the sale of Daniel Island and Mount Pleasant properties. Prior to joining Beach Residential, she was in development sales with WCI Development in Naples, Florida.
Marie Furlano has over 16 years of experience in real estate sales. She was a sales associate for Century 21 Properties Plus and Weichert Realtors before joining Beach Residential.
Billy Vaile is a graduate of The Citadel and specializes in assisting buyers and sellers with homes in need of repair. He joins Beach Residential after working in residential building and construction and as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker United.
Charles Riley specializes in real estate sales on Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms and Mount Pleasant as well as the sale and purchase of investment properties. He is a graduate of Charleston Southern University.
