Foxcroft Wine Co. Greenville welcomes two new managers

Foxcroft Wine Co. welcomes two new managers to its Greenville team: James Alford as General Manager and Ryan Karrer as Retail Wine Manager.
Born and raised in the Midlands of SC, Alford spent most of the last two decades working in various aspects of the wine industry, including wholesale, importing, retail, and fine dining. He is a veteran of acclaimed restaurants Terra and Motor Supply Bistro, and he’s traveled to vineyards in several different countries.
Karrer comes to Foxcroft from Hall’s Chophouse, where he served as the Head Sommelier for the past two years. He grew up in Greenville and graduated from Southside High School and the University of Alabama, before becoming a software engineer and moving around the country for various jobs. Karrer returned to Greenville in 2016, where he discovered his love of wine and became a Level 2 Sommelier.
