Frampton Construction expands Charleston office with two new hires

CHARLESTON, SC – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, brings two more team members on board at the Charleston office. Lionel Facemire II joins the team as superintendent, and Melissa Honour comes on board as project administrator.
Facemire, as superintendent, will oversee the construction process for specific projects in the Carolinas. Facemire, a twenty-five year construction veteran, received a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University in Montgomery, where he studied mining engineering and building construction engineering. From Summersville, West Virginia, he now lives in Charleston, S.C.
As project administrator, Honour assists with project documents and accounting. She previously served as an accounting support specialist with BE&K Building Group. Honour holds an associate degree in business with a focus on office systems technology from Trident Technical College and is currently there working on her associate degree in business with a focus on marketing. A native of Charleston, S.C., Honour currently resides in Summerville, S.C.
