Frampton Construction places 4th on Best Places to Work

Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal. Frampton ranked fourth in the small business category. This is the second year in a row Frampton has been named to the list.
This signature awards program turns a spotlight on local companies that have put in place policies and practices to attract top talent and keep them engaged. The rankings are based on employee surveys, conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace, which took place after a nomination process earlier this year.
