Franseen Joins Greer State Bank Mortgage

GREER, SC – Greer State Bank Mortgage welcomes Brad Franseen as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. Brad brings over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry and will serve in the Taylors Branch.
Brad will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and other sources for the origination of residential mortgages loans.
“With over 14 years of mortgage lending experience in the Upstate, Brad not only is an excellent addition to our growing team, but also an asset to our community,” says Tim Strom, Mortgage Director for the bank.
Having lived in Greenville for 20 years, Brad served as treasurer of HOA for 4 years. He, along with his wife Marcella and their three children are actively involved at North Hills Community Church.
