Free Community Seminar on Financial Management
September 21, 2022Laurens City Councilwoman and community leader, Cassandra Campbell, is hosting a free community seminar on Saturday, September 24 at the Ridge in Laurens (301 Exchange Road).
The purpose of this seminar is to help provide a foundation for greater understanding and best practices for managing money (save, spend, share) with systems that work.
“It is my privilege to host this community seminar,” said Campbell. “Our speaker has graciously given of his time to be with us, and I hope many in our community will plan to attend. There will be ample space to accommodate all who wish to come.”
Refreshments will be provided and there will also be door prizes.
The featured speaker, Dakota Grady, is a bestselling author and money coach. Grady grew up in a low-income family. It was put into his heart to live a life free of financial hardship when he became an adult. He met his goal! Now he uses his experience, education, and wisdom in the area of financial management to help others. Grady’s help consists of teaching others how to create a budget, crush debt, save for emergencies and meet financial goals. He uses his gift of smart money management to help people truly transform their finances – and their lives.
The program is from 10-11:30 am this Saturday (Sept. 24) at the Ridge in Laurens.
