April 3, 2025

Front Light Building Company announced the grand opening of their next generation design studio in Bluffton, South Carolina on April 10, 2025.

“Ten years ago, we launched this company from a garage design studio, and now we’re unveiling an incredible space designed to enhance our customer experience,” said Matt Green, CEO and Co-Founder of Front Light Building and Front Light Building Development Company. “We’re more than homebuilders—we’re redefining timeless traditions with modern comforts to craft exceptional living spaces tailored to your unique lifestyle.”

The team at Front Light Building Company has a deep understanding of the vast undertaking building a home can be and makes the process seamless from start to finish– creating homes rooted in tradition and community. This new design studio houses leading home design trends, ensures clients capture their vision within budget, and streamlines the building process from afar. From start to finish Front Light designers can design a home in two days.

The ribbon cutting will take place on April 10 at 2 p.m. at the studio located at 321 Hope Pond Way, Unit 105, Bluffton, SC 29910. About Front Light Building Company

Driven by a passion for environmental stewardship, efficient space utilization, and top-quality construction, Front Light Building Company goes beyond being just a builder—we are partners in the homebuilding process, committed to integrity, respect, and trust. The front light name stems from CEO Matt Green’s childhood– when his grandmother’s porch light was on, it meant fresh cookies and a warm welcome for all the neighborhood kids. The front porch light is a symbol of hospitality and the name reflects the company’s commitment to more than just building premium homes with modern amenities– it represents a lifestyle and building a legacy where families can thrive.
