Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall receive global recognition from Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for top industrial transaction in 2020

Garrett Scott, SIOR and Brockton Hall, SIOR of Colliers | South Carolina were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for the Top Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Transaction Award of 2020 in the affiliate category.
In 2020, two of the top five industrial transactions conducted by SIOR members worldwide took place in South Carolina and were facilitated by Colliers brokerage teams.
Scott and Hall closed the deal along with SIOR affiliate member Michael Demperio, Executive Vice President and Southeast Partner of Atlanta-based developer CRG.
The awarded lease consisted of ±1,400,580 square feet of newly developed industrial space at The Cubes at Inland 85 in Duncan, SC and represented a total value of $96,186,016. The tenant is expected to bring more than 134 new jobs to Spartanburg County.
SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association and represents the world’s elite in brokerage. The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry and members must meet strict qualifications to be inducted.
In 2020, 483 SIOR members reported 1812 transactions totaling more than 117 million square feet and $10.7 billion in leases and sales in the industrial, investment, office, land, alternative assets and redevelopment sectors.
