Garrison Smith and Zane Landwerlen join Colliers’ Greenville office as Brokerage Associates

Colliers | South Carolina announced the addition of Garrison Smith and Zane Landwerlen as the newest Brokerage Associates in the Greenville office. Smith and Landwerlen will work together on the Retail Services Team, representing owners, tenants, sellers and buyers in the purchase and lease of retail space.

Smith graduated from Clemson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Landwerlen graduated from Anderson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
