Gear up for fall tech seminars with Engenius

GREENVILLE, SC – September 24, 2012 – Upstate web design and development company, Engenius, is hosting a series of tech seminars in conjunction with the Clemson University Small Business Development Center.

The seminars are open to the public and are Engenius’ way of helping foster a stronger, tech savvy Greenville business community, said Chris Manley, Engenius’ managing partner.  Each seminar will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Clemson at the Falls campus located at 55 E. Camperdown Way in Greenville. Each seminar costs $29.

“The Upstate business community needs more avenues on being tech savvy,” he said. “We are creating a fun and interactive way to learn what is out there.”

The first seminar is Thursday, Oct. 25 and will focus on “Tech Tools You Can Use.” That seminar will cover two dozen free and low-cost tools to help maximize business. The second seminar on Thursday, Nov. 15 focuses on social media freedom. This class will look at ways to best use social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook to help (not hinder) business. The final seminar will be Thursday, Dec. 6 with a focus on creating strong search engine optimization (SEO) tools.
