October 4, 2017Organizers of The Epic Quest have announced a new twist for the scavenger hunt happening in two weeks – the top 10 teams will be shooting pucks for the $5,000 in cash at a Greenville Swamp Rabbits hockey game that night.
The Epic Quest will be an all-day scavenger hunt around Greenville on Saturday, October 14, where teams of two will score points by visiting more than 20 “epic” local businesses and landmarks while adding to their totals by taking part in a social media challenge. The teams with the top 10 times will then be invited to the Swamp Rabbits game to shoot pucks during one of the intermissions. One player from each team will take part. The Quester that scores first, wins $2,500, second place wins $1,500 and third place wins $1000.
“We wanted to create a little more excitement for the teams that are taking part,” said Chase Michaels, CEO of Locally Epic, the marketing app organizing The Epic Quest.
