Girl Scouts partners with Girlology to host masterclass: “Unbothered and Alive” addresses body image and self-worth struggles in women

Girl Scouts of South Carolina—Mountains to Midlands is partnering with nationally trusted platform, Girlology, to host an essential masterclass designed for women titled: “Unbothered and Alive: Discover the Power of Embodiment.”

The event, which is open to all adult women across the region, will take place on January 24, 2026, at the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center in Columbia, SC.

A Crucial Conversation for All Women

This masterclass directly addresses the pervasive cultural challenge faced by women today: decades spent internalizing the belief that their bodies are problems to fix, and their voices are “too much.” This harmful cycle of negative self-talk is now being absorbed by the next generation of girls.

This Girl Scouts and Girlology collaboration underscores a powerful truth: when adult women break the cycle of restrictive beliefs and negative self-talk, they model the powerful confidence and self-worth essential for the future of young women.

The lessons learned in ‘Unbothered and Alive’ are vital for every woman seeking a more aligned, confident, and compassionate relationship with herself.”

What Attendees Will Experience

“Unbothered and Alive” is an interactive and supportive masterclass filled with discussions, guided exercises, and mindfulness practices designed to help women reconnect with their body and reclaim their sense of self.
