Golden Career Strategies launches ICF mentor coaching program to advance professional coaching excellence
April 9, 2026Golden Career Strategies, a leader in career and organizational development, announced the launch of its ICF Mentor Coaching program, designed to support coaches at all levels in enhancing their coaching skills and achieving International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing.
“Supporting coaches in their professional development journey represents a natural evolution of our services,” said Stacey W. Bevill, PCC, BCC, MPM®, President of Golden Career Strategies. “The ICF Mentor Coaching program allows us to help coaching professionals refine their skills, meet credentialing requirements, and ultimately serve their own clients more effectively.”
The program follows ICF guidelines for mentor coaching, providing a collaborative learning process that spans at least three months. Each coaching relationship focuses on observation, feedback, and continuous support aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and evidence-based coaching practices. The ICF Mentor Coaching program offers distinct packages tailored to coaches seeking either the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
“The mentor coaching experience was exactly what I needed to grow as a coach,” shared a recent program participant. “The session reviews helped me identify both my strengths and opportunities for growth. The feedback was specific, actionable, and delivered with genuine care for my development as a coaching professional.”
GCS is proud to partner with CoachCertify to provide ACC practice exams featuring six full-length mock tests, targeted practice quizzes, and over 100 flashcards. This special partnership enhances the mentor coaching packages by helping aspiring coaches submit their coach recording and prepare for the required written ICF credential exam.
Neha S. Kumar, ACC & Co-founder, CoachCertify, stated, “As a coach myself, I know how much the right mentor shapes your entire foundation. Golden Career Strategies stood out for their commitment to giving each mentee individual attention. We are amazed by them and want to fortify their work, so the mentees walk into the ACC exam with both the coaching skill and the exam confidence to match.”
All coaches can benefit from mentor coaching, regardless of their current skill level or credentialing status. The program serves coaches who are preparing for ICF credentials, those seeking to enhance their existing coaching abilities, and experienced coaches looking to refine their approach through expert guidance and feedback.
