Google ratings reveal top 20 pizzerias in South Carolina

To celebrate National Pizza Day, list highlights best reviewed restaurants across the state
With all of the change we’ve experienced over the past couple of years, one thing remains constant: people’s love for pizza. In fact, pizza was the top-searched dish on Google Maps during every month of 2021 in the U.S.
To celebrate National Pizza Day on February 9, we have compiled some not-so-cheesy Google Maps pizza trends.
Listed at the bottom of this release are the 20 highest rated pizzerias in South Carolina with at least 100 reviews on Google.
Five of these South Carolina restaurants also cracked Google’s list of the top 500 pizzerias nationwide with at least 250 reviews: Toni’s Detroit Style Pizza (#63), Coast Pizza (#109), Uncle Mikey’s Pizza (#369), Guys Pizza (#444) and Knead Pizza (#473).

For example, while Domino’s was the top searched pizza chain in the U.S. for the second year in a row, the most searched pizza chain in South Carolina is Pizza Hut – a preference the Palmetto State shares with Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona and Montana.
