Lee & Associates Charleston’s Gordon Geer represented the buyer, West Ashley SLP, LLC in the purchase of 5.757 acres of vacant land in the Bolton’s Landing neighborhood off of Bees Ferry Road. The seller, Bakbar, LLC was represented by The Barnwell Company.
