February 24, 2026

As the spring recital season approaches, Cornerstone Ballet is already looking ahead to the warmer months. The studio, located at 116 Pride Drive, has officially announced that registration for its Summer 2026 programs will open on March 1st.

Known for its mission of building strong dancers from the inside out, Cornerstone Ballets summer offerings are designed to provide professional-quality classical training in an environment that fosters self-esteem and work ethic.

A Summer of Dance for All Ages

The 2026 summer lineup includes a variety of formats to accommodate different schedules and skill levels, from three-year-olds to adults:

  • Summer Classes: These short, three-week sessions are ideal for new dancers wanting to try ballet without a full-year commitment or current students looking to maintain their technique.

    • June Session: June 8 – June 26

    • July Session: July 6 – July 20

  • Summer Camps: These themed weeks, such as the popular Nutcracker Camp, combine dance instruction with crafts and choreography, culminating in a final performance for parents.

  • Summer Intensives: For intermediate and advanced students, these focused programs emphasize technique, strength training, and artistry, often featuring guest instructors and specialized workshops.

Specialized Training and Flexibility

The studio continues to expand its unique offerings, including a growing boys’ program focused on strength and agility, as well as lyrical worship dance classes. To accommodate the diverse needs of Simpsonville families, Cornerstone provides both daytime and evening options, making it a popular choice for both homeschooling families and working parents.

How to Register

With many classes expected to fill quickly, early registration is highly encouraged. Parents can create an account and register through the studios website starting March 1st.

The summer program is more than just a place to learn steps; it is an opportunity for dancers to explore the magic of movement in a safe, encouraging space. Whether a dancer is putting on their first pair of slippers or preparing for advanced pointe work, Cornerstone Ballet offers a path to growth throughout the summer season.
