Graham P. Powell invited to join the Council on Litigation Management

CHARLESTON, SC – September 27, 2011 – Wall Templeton & Haldrup, P.A. is pleased to announce that Mr. Graham P. Powell has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management.  The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. 

Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.  Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Mr. Powell practices general civil litigation with a focus on construction disputes, complex litigation, injury defense, and insurance.  He grew up in Greenville, North Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Powell served on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review and was a member of the South Carolina Moot Court Bar team.  He is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association Executive Committee and the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry.
