This past year, the privately-held company achieved 559 new homes closed in the Midlands according to the reliable MORE Report, a housing industry research group located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Over the past several years, Great Southern Homes share of homes closed has risen to a commanding 20% of the total Midlands new home market.
